Subscription management
The Subscription Control Centre provides you with all tools required for flexible management of your subscription:
- increase the number of protected objects (extend your license) or lower the number of computers protected by Dr.Web according to your business demands any time you need it;
- change subscription packages as often as you need it;
- suspend the subscription and resume it when it is necessary – for separate machines as well as for entire user groups;
- terminate subscription.
Subscribing
It takes less than a minute to subscribe to the Dr.Web anti-virus service. There is no need to register or activate a license; the subscription is activated immediately after you sign up. The Dr.Web software download link becomes available on the second step of the subscription procedure. One customer can choose different subscription packages and protect as many computers as s/he needs. The maximum initial subscription period is 36 months. The minimal subscription period is 1 month.
Subscription renewal
You don’t need to renew manually your subscription. It is renewed automatically unless you suspend or terminate the subscription. The Dr.Web anti-virus service works as an anti-virus with the unlimited license period available on easy terms. You can activate the automatic renewal service as you sign up or later and your subscription will be renewed automatically.
Services fee
A service charge can be collected for various usage periods - from one day or one month. You pay only for an actual number of connections to the service in the reported period. In the Subscription Control Centre you can generate invoices to pay for the service. Papers required for accounting can be obtained from your service provider.
